A: If it’s still available, we are more that happy to complete your request. Include the exact cover date of the issue and/ or name on the cover and the number of copies you wish to order.

4. Where is my account number?
A: Your account number is listed in your mailing label above your name. Look for the set of numbers beginning with your zip code.

5. Where can I find my subscription expiry date?
A: Your subscription expiry date is located after your account number.

6. What should I do if I receive an invoice and I have already paid for my subscription?
A: It is possible that your payment could cross in the mail with our invoice. Check the date on the invoice to see when it was mailed out. However, if you receive an invoice more than six weeks after you have paid, it may mean we have not received your payment. 7. What if my copy of HALO-HALO Magazine arrives late?
A: We do our best to ensure timely delivery. You can expect to receive your issues during the first to early second week of each month. If you experience any delays, please let us know and we will look into the problem.

9. If I changed my address last month why are my magazines are still being sent to the old address?
A: Address changes can take up to four weeks to process. Be patient we will do our best to make sure we resolve all issues.
